Suffering with golfers elbow for months and months, after one session of shock wave the difference was incredible, followed it on with a few massages and now it has gone, wish I had done it months ago, cheers Danny 👍🏻
Been using shockwave therapy to treat my tennis elbow couldn’t recommend it enough! Danny has been brilliant
Tried lots of treatments for Achilles and nothing worked. But shock wave therapy seems to be fixing the issues
After many months of deep tissue sports massage my sciatic related glute / top of hamstring and back of knee pain kept returning. Driving triggered the pain in my left leg and cycling was painful too. Six shockwave sessions with Jon has made a real difference and now I can drive and cycle pain free. Highly recommended treatment.
What Is Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy is a medical procedure that uses shockwaves to stimulate blood flow in a particular area of the body.
It is also known as extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT) and it is used to treat some types of chronic pain, including plantar fasciitis and tennis elbow.
Shockwaves are generated by an electronic device that sends acoustic waves into the body. The waves are transmitted through a probe, which sits on the skin over the area to be treated.
The sound waves cause microtrauma in the tissues which leads to an inflammatory response that speeds up the healing process. This is why it is most effective in treating chronic injuries or pain which have been around for a long time.
