We want to allow you to run your own clinic, but without the hassle and the set up to thrive!
You will have the ability to develop your own clinic but with the support of our established team which includes a Receptionist, Administrator, Website Manager and Marketing Manager all working for you!
You will have the excitement of growing your own clinic but we with the added bonus of developing an already established practice. You will also have the support guidance and experience of our Head Therapist who started the practices from scratch
You will be joining a practice group that has been growing by an average of 25% each year for the last 8 years
You will have the advantage of bi-weekly email marketing, social media with regular facebook lives and efficient follow up systems all handled for you. However, you will have the ability to add to this with any content that you would like to include
You will be doing the things that you love to do, treat patients and share your knowledge
You will be able to promote your clinic that already has a fantastic reputation in the community. Check out our reviews and the clubs we work with you can also have flexibility and control over your own diary.
However, the administration of running and growing a clinic is all taken care for you. No rental payments, equipment ordering, receipt sending, patient follow ups, appointment booking
You will be earning a very competitive hourly rate
How Does The Role Work?
We are looking for a Self Employed Sports Injury Therapist/Physiotherapist for our Orpington (Westcombe) Location set in Westcombe Park RFC, Orpington, Kent.
Core Working Hours – These are the hours that you would have to be in clinic (these are very slightly negotiable). Additional hours will be available of your choosing. Please see below ‘Outside Core Working Hours’
10.5 hours per week
Monday, and Friday
16.00-21.10
This would allow for 16 appointments per week. (including 10 minute gaps between appointments)
Appointment earnings are £12.50 – £13.50 per 30 min appointment
So earning in a 10.5 hour week could be £216 per week.
Guaranteed Earnings
We want to provide you the added bonus of some security. As a result for the 10 core hours completed we will guarantee you will earn at least £12 an hour or £126 per week.
However, we expect you to earn a lot more than this. As this is a rate for if you do not have an appointment booked. For booked appointments you will always be receiving between £25 and £27 per hour of treatment.
Outside Core Working Hours
You would be able to work any hours in the clinic you desire outside of core working
This would allow for extra income as the clinic grows.
What Is Required To Apply?
You must:
Have a Degree Qualification in Sports Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation or Physiotherapy and carry the relevant insurances to practice. Please note this is not a role for Sports Massage Therapists.
Live within 30 min drive from the Orpington Clinic.
Have a current driving licence.
